Every team member is highly <br />sensitive to recognize and include different ways we all can benefit from other and all cultures. We feel <br />very strongly that including all of these cultures into our business plans is essential to be successful. In <br />all cases our goals are for our employees to be a reflection of the demographic composition of the <br />location of the apartment complex.
