Responsible development and growth: <br />It is responsible development and growth to allow infill development on vacant property. <br />Recommendation: <br />Based on information available prior to the public hearing, the staff recommends that this petition <br />be sent to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />Analysis: <br />The site is surrounded by SF2 Single Family and Two Family District zoning. The proposed use <br />is compatible with the adjacent land uses. The site, which is currently a vacant lot, is being <br />developed as infill housing for a Habitat For Humanity project.
