Wednesday May 5th.,1920. Continued. The following res ol4t;t9n adopt TRUNK SEWER IMPROVEMENT by the Board. OLUTION NO. 775. Resolved by the .Board of Public Works Of the City of South Bend, County Of St. Joseph, State of Indiana; That it is desired and deemed necessary to con- struct a sewer in Tenth Street, Eleventh Street, Seventeenth Street and North Side Boulevard all in said City, which, from its size aria character, is not only intended and adapted for use by property owners whose property abuts along the line of said sewer, but is also intended and adapted for receiving sewage from collateral drains already constructed or which may be hereafter constructed, and the same is hereby ordered constructed in and along the following line it said City, to -wit:- Beginning at a point on the N. bank of the St. Joseph River B. 809 W. & 8o ft. from center of loth. St. North Side Boulevard; thence N. eo* E. to center of loth. St. and North sides Boulevard; thence N. 800 E. to center of loth.', St. and North Side Boulevard with 42 inch circular sewer; thence southeasterly along jthe center line of North 'Side Boulevard to the center of Eleventh Street with a 42 inch circular sewer; thence still south easterly along approximately the center line of said North Side Bouleved to the center of Twelfth Street with a 36 inch circular sewer; thence northeasterly along the center line of said Boulevard to the center o Thirteenth Street with a 33 inch circular sewer; thence still northeasterly '',along the center line of said Boulevard to the center of Sixteenth Street with a24 inch circularl sewer; thence stall northeasterly along the center of said Boulevard to the center of Seventeenth Street with a 22 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence 'north along -the center line of Seventeenth Otreet to the center of Pleasant Street, with an 18 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still north along the center of Seventeenth Street to a point 200 Peet north of the center of Pleasant Street with a 15 in1h vitrified pipe sewer; thence still north along the center line of Seventeenth Street to a point 100 feet south of the south line of Mishawaka Avenue with a 12 inch 'vitrified pipe sewer. Also, at the center of Tenth Street and North Side Boulevard; thence north along the center line of Tenth Street to the center of Pleasant Streetwith a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence north easterly to a point in the center line of Tenth Street and north line od Pleasant Street with an 18 inch vitrified pipe sever; thencestill north - along the centerline of Tenth Street to the centerlof the lst. alley north of Pleasant Street with an 18 inch vitrified pipe sewe ; thence still north along the center of Tenth Street to the center of Vine Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still north along the center of Tenth IStreet to a point 82 feet south of the south line of Mishawaka Avenue with a 12 inch pipe sewer; Al o begin at the center of North Side Boulevard and llth. Street; thence north to the center of lst. alley north of lst. alley north of said Boulevard with a 22" sewer; thence still norh along the center of llth. St. to south line of Pleasant Street with a 151nch' sewer; thence north easterly to a paint on the center line of llth. St. and north: line Of Pleasant St. with an 18 inch sewer; thence north along the center of llth. St. to the center of Albert Ct. with an 18" inch sewer; thence still north along they center line of llth. St. to center -of Vine St. with a 15 " inch sewer; thence still north to a pt. 82 feet S. of Mishawaka. Ave. with 12 inch sewer. And to be built in accordance with the prof Iles, Specifications, dotal drawings , detail plans, maps and estimates now on £ le in the office of the Depart- ment of Public Works of said City, which includes an estimate of the proport ion& ,that the cost of an adequate local sewer, built along the above lines, be to the cost of the main sewer, to be build as follows: The cost of an adequate local sewer, built ,along the line above described, is hereby estimated and fixed to be of the cost of the main sewer- to be: built along said line as above sct forth, which proportion, as herein estimated and fixed, shall be taken and adopted in all compuations requiring a knowledge of the cost of sue], local sewer if built along the line wlerc the main sewer is to be built.
