Hearing had for resolution fo; the Paving of Kline Street from Calvert Street to Lincoln Way East and Calvert Street from Kline Street to Leer Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 763. In the City of South Bend, Indians, Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to -property liable to be assessed for- said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the Civil Engineer and thereupon takes final aotion on said resolution asoriginally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, rat Pied, confirmed and -approved.
