If any provision or term of this Agreement is found by any arbitrator or <br />court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it may be severed from the balance of the <br />Agreement, and the remaining terms and provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect, as if such <br />invalid term or provision had never been made a part hereof. The Parties' rights and obligations under <br />Sections IV(7), VI, VII, VIII, IX, XI, XII(2), XII(4), XII(5), XII(6), XII(7), XII(8), XII(9), XII(10), XII(11), and <br />XII(14), and any other provisions of this Agreement which may reasonably be interpreted or construed as <br />surviving the termination hereof, shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. <br />14. Section Headings. The descriptive headings and subheadings of the sections hereof are <br />inserted for convenience only and shall not dictate the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement. <br />15. Full Execution. This document, when signed by Organizer, shall not be a binding agreement <br />unless and until accepted by signature of a duly authorized TOUR signatory. The foregoing shall also <br />apply to any documents relating to renewals or modifications hereof.
