With respect to the 2013 and 2014 Tournaments (both, if renewed), the TOUR will determine the date no later than ninety (90) days after the conclusion of the then - current Tournament. All Tournament dates will include any succeeding day(s) made necessary by postponement or playoff. INITIAL PRO -AM DATE: Wednesday and Thursday of Tournament Week INITIAL TOURNAMENT COURSE: Blackthorn Goff Club South Bend, Indiana TOURNAMENT PURSE: $150,000, unless increased or reduced by the TOUR in its sole discretion TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 54 -hole stroke play, cut after 36 holes (70 and ties) TOURNAMENT DESIGNATION Official TERM OF AGREEMENT: One (1) year: 2012; rop vided, however, that, the TOUR shall have the option to renew the terms and conditions of the Agreement (as hereinafter defined) for two (2) additional one -year periods if the TOUR notifies Organizer of its intent to renew in writing no later seventy-five (75) days following the conclusion of the most recent Tournament ("Term "). If the TOUR renews the terms and conditions of this Agreement for an additional one -year period, the Term shall end ninety (90) days after the conclusion of the last Tournament.
