<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Woks oP the City of South Bend, County
<br />of. St. Joseph, State of Indiana, that the construction of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and
<br />not intenderd or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and the
<br />same is hereby ordered in and along Vassar Avenue from Diamond Avenue to Lawndal!
<br />Avenue as follows, to : -wit: -
<br />Beg inning at the intersection of the center :line of
<br />Diamond Avenue and Vassar Avenue;, thence west along-thecenter line of Vassar Avenue
<br />to a point 41 feet east if the east line of Lawnd le Avenue with a 10 inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer together with the necessary manholes, $rarm water inlets, conduits, and
<br />house connections to the curb line along the line of said improvement, all as is,lrao Le
