4:63 Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on. Spruce Street from Colfax Avenue to Alley north of Washington Avenue, under Improve merit Res olut ion No, 720. In the above matter no remon�tritors appeared and no written remon- strance was filed.
