<br />.LOCAL SEWER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, that the canstructi©u of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts the;resan,
<br />sand no intended or adapted for rece iv ing sewerage from collateral drains , be and tho
<br />same is hereby ordered in and along Meade Street from Kenwaod Avenue to Bertrand Street
<br />and in Bertrand Street from Olive Street to Anthony Street as follows, to -
<br />Wit: -Beginning at the manhole in the center of Kenwood Avenue on the
<br />ast line of Meade Street; thence northwesterly to a paint On the center .line of Meade
<br />Street 10 feet south of the north line of Kenwosd Avenue with an 18 inch vitrified
<br />pipe sewer; thence north on the center line of Meade Street to the center of Bertran
<br />Street with an 18 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence east along the center line of
<br />Bertrand Street to a point 20 feet west of the west line of Olive Street with a 12 inch
<br />v itr if ied pipe sewer.,
