<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it
<br />is desired and deemed nocessary.
<br />to improve the' alley east of St Joseph Street fr.pin
<br />Jefferson Blvd. to the second
<br />al ley south of Wayne Street as follows,. town: -_ .

<br />alley shal be graded and the
<br />roadway thereof shall be paved; and also the roadway
<br />,of of certain portions of the
<br />streets and alleys which.enter or interest said alley
<br />-shall be graded and paved. The
<br />p&ving material to be used in making said improvement
<br />-shall be Sheet Asphalt, bftul-
<br />lithic, asphaltic. concrete, brick_ or Portland cement
<br />concrete pavement, and the
<br />foundation shall be portland cement concrete six (6
