<br />Be ,It Resolved_ by the Board of -Public Works of the City of South Bend,
<br />S t . Joseph County, State' of Ind iana - that it is d sired and deemed necessary to � improver
<br />Cleveland Avenue from Lincoln Way'West to Diamond Avenue as follows, tow it:
<br />Said avenue shall be graded, and the roadwayadway thereof shall be paved; and ,
<br />also the roadway of certain portions of the stree s and alleys which enter or intersect
<br />said avel7ue� shallsbe - grade.d and paved. The pav material to be . used in, makiMg said
<br />improvement shall be sheet asphalt, bitulithic, a phaltic cowreto, or brick, and the
<br />foundation shall be portland cement concrete six 6) inches thick -for the --sheet.vasphalt
<br />,
