Resolved by.the Board of Public Works of the City. of South Bonds County of St. Josephs Stat& of 1ndiana: That it is desized and deemed -necessary to,,loonstruct a. sewer In Michigan Street all In said City, which, from its six* and characters is z , ot only -intended and -adapted for use by,proport3 owners whose, property simts -al�sng .the line ofzaid sewer, but is also Intended, and adapted for receiving sewage from collateral drains aiready-construotedi,or,whish may b6hereafter ,constructed, 'and the'- alsme,is #oreby ordered constructed in and along he following line In said Citysto- wit- Beginning --at is point 25 feet north of the north line of Fairview Avenue; --thence 'south along the -center of Michigan Streit to the center of Eckman Street with a 33 Inch sewer; thence still south along the center (f Michigan Street to &-point 3-00 feet south of east Donmoyor Avenue with a 27 in sewer; thence still south along the center of said-MIchigan Street 600-foot with 2 :94 Inch sewer; thence still south along the center of Michigan Street 300 feet witha 20 Inch sewer; thence- still '-south ' along the center of Michigan Street with an 18-inch sewer; thence St-L Ill south along the-conter:ef Michigan Street with a 12 'inch sewer; together with the necessary man- holes, storm water inlets, conduits, flush tanks and house connections to the curbline along the linw of said Improvement, all as more pattidularly shown own and all In accordance with the planss profiles and detail drawings on file In the Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bond, Indiana. And to be built in accordance with the profiless specifications, detail pleas, maps and estimates now on file In the office of the Department of.public Works of said City* which lncdirui�os an estimate of -the proportion that the cost ofan .adequate local sewer, built along.the above lines:bears to the cost of the main 4ow*rs to be built _as follows*, The cost of an adequate local sewer, built along -the line above describeds is hereby estimated and fixed to be of, -the ., cost of the sewer to be built along said line as ibove set forth, which proportion, ,as herein estimated and fixed, shall betaken and Wopted in all compuatione requir in a knowledge of the cost of such local sewer If built. along the line where the main sewer is to bi built. The cost of the constructi of said sewer shall be ditided as follows . 1. So much of such cost as shall be quivalent to the . construct ion of -an adequate - local sewer not adapted to receive sewag from collateral drains orsoweres if built along the proposed line as hereinabove a t.forths shall be-p%id by the abut- ting property holders and the City of South Bend, if It be determined City Is benefited by said sewer in the manner and tote seaw extent as local sowers,, are paid for by them under the Statutes in such cases made and provided, 2.
