Be it resolved by the Board of Pu lie Works that a temporary permit
<br />be hereby given. to the Oliver Chilled Plow Company to install a railroad track
<br />across Walnut Street in the City of South Bend , at a point approximately seven
<br />hundred fddtv;(700) south of the south line of Sample Street. The said railroad
<br />• track -to be used as a construction track for hau ing materials -necessary for the
<br />Oliver Factory enlargement. The permission herein granted upon the condition -that
<br />the Oliver Chilled Plow Company shall grade the approaches to the rails 'on either
<br />s ide and plank between, they rails so as to allow free access for` traffic across the
<br />track.

<br />abuts thereat' and hot intended or adaptedfor receiving sewerage from collateral
<br />drains, be and the same'is , hereby ordered in and along Ewing Avenue from High
