<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, County of
<br />St. Joseph, State of Indiana, That they construction of p local sewer, intended and
<br />adapted fnly for local use by the property holders whose property abuts there -en,.
<br />and no intended or adapted for rece iv ing sewera a from collateral drains,, be and the
<br />same is, hereby ordered in and \along Catalpa Avenue From Indiana Avenue to Oliver
<br />Street , to -wit: -
<br />peg inn ing at the intersection of the center line of Oatalpa Avenue and
<br />Indiana Avenue; thence south along the center o catalapa Avenue 250 feet with a 15
<br />inch v itr if ied pipe sewer; thence still south aLng the center line of Catalpa Avenue
<br />t o the center of Oliver Street with a 12 inch v itr if ied pipe sewer, together with the
<br />necessary manholes, storm watatr inlets, conduit:, flush tank and house -connections to the
<br />curb line along the lire of said improvement, all as is more particularly shown and all
<br />in accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the
<br />Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Ind iana,

<br />County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana:, That th construction of a local sewer, intended
<br />and adapted Ynx only for local use by the prope ty holders whose property abuts. thereon,
<br />and no intended or adapted for rece iv ing sewera a from collateral drains, be and the
<br />same is, hereby ordered in and along Chapin Str et from Indiana Avenue to Oliver Street
<br />as follows, t owit : -
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Chapin Street and
<br />Indiana Avenue; thence south along the center 1 e of Chapin Street 250 feet with a 15
<br />inch vitrified pine sewer; thence still south along the center line of. Chapin Street
<br />to the center line of Oliver Street with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the
<br />necessary manholes, storm water inlets, conduit ,, flush takks and house connections to the.
<br />curb line along the line of said improvement, a 1 as is more particularly shown and all in
<br />accordance with the plans, pr#tiles, detail dra ings, and specifications on file in the
<br />office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indians.
