By providing a vehicle through which employees may seek redress for alleged i <br /> discriminatory acts by city and county government and/or retaliatory acts by city or <br /> county government for filing or assisting in the discrimination complaint process; <br /> C. By establishing affirmative action goals for city and county government; <br /> d. By complying with federal reporting requirements concerning affirmative action and i <br /> equal opportunity; and E E <br /> e.
