The 'City Engineer submitted the list of propert j owners In the matter 'of the appropriation of certain property; under Condemnation Resolution No. 54 for the 'Opening of Calvert Street from b�Ichigan Street to Main Street, as per resolution on Page' a of Record No. 7 of the Owners and holders of property and of i1terests therein sought to be taken or beneficially or .in, jur iously affected, and the descriptlox of the several pireas of property which isi affected by the said proceedings, Thereupon the Board proceeded to award the damages sustained and to assess the benefits accruing to each piece of property upon said list. It was thereupon, dpon motion daily made and seconded and unanimously adopted, resolved that said list, together with! the Amounts of beneft benefits and damages said net benefits and not dAzagos therein set .forth as to the several parcels of land be: adopted sssd that the ;respective amount of benefitssi contained in said list be mad are hereby assessed against the several tracts of land as_speaif'icslly sat_tAr .h, in said list, and that the rospeetivo amounts of damages contained in the said list be and are hereby awarded to the several tracts of land as specifically set forth in said list, and that the -xtt benefits or net damages, as the case may be as to the rtsIpeetive tracts of land, contained in said 1 ist are hereby awarded or assfssed, as the cam* may. be and as to the said aoveral tract_ s of land.
