1� <br />H <br />RESOLUTION NO. 882 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CORRECTING INADVERTENT ERRORS IN THE ASSIGNMENT <br />OF RESOLUTION NUMBERS <br />WHEREAS, on June 9, 1989, the Commission adopted a resolution of <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission authorizing reimbursement to <br />the City of South Bend for expenditures made within the Rum Village <br />Industrial Park, which Resolution was denominated as Resolution No. <br />877; and, <br />WHEREAS, on July 14, 1989, the Redevelopment Commission passed a <br />resolution appropriating money from the South Bend Central Allocation <br />Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 1A) special fund to the parking <br />garage principal and interest account of the Redevelopment District <br />Bond Fund, which Resolution was also denominated as Resolution No. <br />877; and, <br />WHEREAS, the inadvertent assignment of the same number to two <br />separate resolutions has resulted in confusion which must be <br />corrected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission as follows: <br />SECTION I. The Resolution approved on June 9, 1989, authorizing <br />reimbursement to the City of South Bend for expenditures made within <br />the Rum Village Industrial Park is henceforth denominated as <br />Resolution No. 877A. <br />SECTION II.
