WHEREAS, the City of South Bend has made expenditures for public improvements within the Allocation Area and should be reimbursed from the Special Fund for those expenditures. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, as follows: 1.
