hereto as Exhibit "A" and request that the Authority proceed with the <br />additional construction and purchase of equipment and the payment of <br />all costs incidental thereto as provided for in Section 3.01 of the <br />Trust Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS the proposed additional construction and purchase of <br />equipment will not cause a delay in the date that the St. <br />Joseph /Wayne Parking Facility is expected to be complete and ready <br />for occupancy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Commission hereby approves the proposed plans and <br />specifications for the proposed additional construction and the <br />purchase of additional equipment for the St. Joseph /Wayne Parking <br />Facility as attached as Exhibit "A ". <br />Section 2. The Commission hereby determines to request that the <br />Authority proceed with the proposed additional construction and <br />purchase of additional equipment as provided for in the plans and <br />specifications approved herein. <br />Section 3. The Secretary of the Commission is hereby directed to <br />file a copy of this Resolution with the Authority. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />after its adoption by the Commission. <br />-3- <br />
