L <br />c <br />RESOLUTION NO. 902 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PARTIAL <br />PAYMENT OF ACCRUED ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, <br />LEGAL, PLANNING AND APPRAISAL COSTS. <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has available <br />for use funds received by donation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has accrued costs for architectural, <br />engineering, legal, planning and appraisal services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area and the Studebaker Corridor Development <br />Area, the majority of which costs are allowable costs which may be <br />paid from bond proceeds; <br />WHEREAS, the accrued costs are now due and payable by the <br />Commission but bond proceeds will not be received until 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission desires to utilize the donated funds <br />available for the payment of a portion of the aforementioned accrued <br />costs; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission desires that, to the extent permitted by <br />statute, the donated funds be reimbursed to the Commission upon <br />receipt of appropriate bond proceeds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission as follows: <br />1. The amount of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Dollars <br />($14,580.00) is hereby appropriated from donated funds available to <br />the Commission for the purpose of partial payment of accrued costs <br />incurred for architectural, engineering, legal, planning and <br />appraisal services in the South Bend Central Development Area and the <br />Studebaker Corridor Development Area. <br />2.
