a RESOLUTION NO. 906 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION APPROVING FINAL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR CERTAIN LAND AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the "Commis- sion") at a meeting on December 8, 1989, after a public hearing on a proposed lease between the South Bend Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority ") and the Commission, to be dated as of November 1, 1989 (the "Lease "), for certain land and public improvements (the "Project "), adopted Resolution No. 901 approving the execution of the Lease; and WHEREAS, the Authority at a meeting on January 17, 1990, adopted Resolution No. J5_ accepting and approving final plans, specifica- tions and cost estimates prepared for the Project; and WHEREAS, the Secretary of the Authority filed a copy of the final plans, specifications and cost estimates with the Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Commission hereby approves, pursuant to IC 36 -7- 14.5 -16, the final plans, specifications and cost estimates for the Project. 2. The Commission hereby appoints the City of South Bend Board of Public Works to act as its agent for purposes of approving modifications and amendments to the final plans, specifications and cost estimates for the Project, consistent with the overall design Ce set forth in said final plans, specifications and cost esti- -1-
