Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2007 South Bend Common Council <br />The November 20, 2007 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />was called to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 5:32 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner, Rouse, Dieter, and <br />Puzzello; Mayor Stephen Luecke, John Murphy, Jeff Jankowski, Gary Gilot, and <br />Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council's Agent. <br />Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant <br />to the November 16, 2007 Notice of Executive Session for the purpose of <br />discussing strategy with respect to Teamster Negotiations. He noted that the <br />meeting was called pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1, Version b, paragraph <br />(b)(2)(A) and that the notice was duly posted by the Office of the City Clerk. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the November 16, 2007 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 6:25 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~ ~~~~~. <br />Timothy A.
