Now comes the New Jersey, Ildiana & Illinois Railroad Company a corporation duly orZaA zed and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Indiana, and. remonstrate* and objects to the appropr iat ion of the real estate as in said Condemnation Resolution No. 5 set forth and sought to be appropriated, and for grounds of remonstrance and objections thi4 remonstrant says; That it is the owner in fee -of the following described real estate situated in. the City of South Bend, said County and State; Beginning at the intersection of the north line of Huron Street extended West and a West line of the first Alley west of Huron Staoet; the * nortbwosterly to a point on the east -line of he first alley east of ' Kosc iuszko Street soveu (7) fee east of the southeast ° corner of lot_ 17 in J.
