It will be <br />necessary to provide game sort of shelter for the ,use of the flagman and the, only <br />available location for such shelter seems to be between the side*a-kland the curb on the <br />east side of Michigan Street about opposite the present location of the tower which <br />is maintained by the New York Central Railroad. his house will be small, of good <br />construct ion ,and will not obstruct in any manner the sidewalk or street traffic, andwe, <br />hereby repesectfully request the permission Of your Board to establish such a mouse, <br />it being understood that as noon as the grade crossing is eliminated the house will be <br />removed* <br />Yours very truly* <br />-R.
