A Hearing had on assessment rolL.and final estimate for sewer and water conneotions on Navarre; Street -from Portage ,Avenueto Leland Avenue, under Improvement. $esglut:ion To. %13.. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed 09tober 15th.,1919 is benef itted in ,the amount of assessments as shown—on—zaid—asstssment roll and the Board further find that the - assessment rolls f iled O'ct ober 15th. 91919 *and the f inal estimate allowed , ctob4r 15th,,1919, should be and the same are hereby in all things. ratified, confirmed and approved.
