<br />AND WHEREAS,, we the undersigned being dearious of having certain
<br />x>lots or liarcels of land on said streets improved- immediately, and being willing is
<br />vnderttke and pay to, said contractor any exd- all charges For. work installed on all
<br />lots ar parcels of land not owned by the undeyrsigned, under the contract under,
<br />Resolution No 731,. -in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Therefore, in consideration that said Board of Public Works proceed
<br />to improve said stree-ts, Indiana Avenue, McPhersox Street, Arxold Street oxd Webster
<br />Strseat as nroposesd in said resolution, and -for the further purpose _of saving time,
<br />and eexepnse;` we the undersigned, (to he'riby waive :a11 objections on and *dafe se
<br />to any defect in skid preceediugs, and to any violation in procedure fo the coxstruc
<br />tiox of sewers as fixed by Section 8722 of Burn's Revised Statutes of 1914. We fur-
<br />ther, waive any right to object to the form -of said resolution. We further waive any
<br />and all object4oas to the fact -that no {advertiseme;xt` fpr hearing was publdshsd
<br />as required by law, and that no notices wo e.,mailed to the owners of property abd
<br />that no hearing was held by said Board.
<br />.1e► also consent that said Board shall -.proceed to let the contract
<br />for doing said work in the following maxner: -- -
<br />That they shall xotify by mail rellpaxsible contractors in the City of
<br />f. South Bend, Indiana of said work to be done under said resolutier., and that -they -
<br />shall receive bids from said contractor for doix! said warki and they shall let the
<br />cox-�ract for the doing of said work to the lowest responsible bidder. And we
<br />waive any objection to the action of said Board ipt letting said c oatract in a
<br />form and mariner other than provided by law.

<br />assessed agaixst the differxet parcels of real estste; owned by us as provided by
