<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Work? of the City of South Bend,
<br />C©un.ty of St. Joseph, Stateof of Indiana, That the construction of a 1 cc eel sewer,
<br />intended and adapted only fOr,local use by the prmpe'rty holders whose property
<br />abuts therein s Mp:d net intended an adapted for rec a iv ing sewerage from col late ral
<br />drains, be and the same is, hereby ordered in and along Corby Street from Notre Dame
<br />Avenue to a point 50 feet east of the east line of the alley east of Frances Street
<br />as follows, towit: -
<br />Beginning at the manhole in Notre Dame Avenue at theintersection
<br />of Corby Street; thence east along the center lip of Corby Street; titazzit to a,
