In fact, I would like to place <br />him in full charge of inspection. therefore recommend that Mr. Trwdn be promoted <br />to the 'pos itioa of Assistant Commissioner under Sec. 7 of Ordianneo #18180,``which will <br />fix his salary at $125.0.0 per month, under, Ordinance #1857 , sec.
