2007 Annual Report of the Community and Economic Development Committee <br />December 10, 2007 <br />Page 3 <br />year 2008 will be a year to continue discussions and dialogues to identify if there should be any <br />amendments made to Article 6 of Chapter 2 of the South Bend Municipal Code where the tax <br />abatement regulations are codified. <br />I would again like to thank all members of the Committee, the rest of the Council and the City <br />Administration for all of their efforts throughout 2007 in the many review of documents which <br />have come before the CED Committee.
