South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> disposition process. These properties were <br /> titled in the name of the Redevelopment <br /> Authority (Authority) and need to be <br /> transferred to the Commission for <br /> disposition. <br /> Three of the properties were transferred to <br /> the Commission in December. The <br /> Redevelopment Authority authorized the <br /> transfer of the remaining eleven properties by <br /> its Resolution No. 176 on January 16. Staff <br /> recommends accepting the transfer of eleven <br /> remaining properties by approving <br /> Resolution No. 3004. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.3004 <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 3004 FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY(ELEVEN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT <br /> accepting the transfer of real property from CORPORATION PROPERTIES IN MONROE PARK . <br /> the South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br /> (Eleven Housing Development Corporation <br /> properties in Monroe Park). <br /> (2) Agreement for Services with Downtown <br /> South Bend, Inc. <br /> Ms. Leonard Inks noted that the agreement is <br /> for 2012 services related to beautification <br /> efforts in our downtown area in the amount <br /> of$250,000.
