leaves terms thereby made clearly illogical or inappropriate in effect, the <br />parties agree to substitute new terms as similar in effect to the present terms of <br />this Agreement as may be allowed under the applicable laws and regulations <br />of the governmental entity involved. <br />Section 9. Notices <br />All notices or other communications which are required or permitted under <br />the terms of this Agreement shall be sufficient if delivered personally, by <br />registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, or by generally <br />recognized, prepaid, overnight air courier services, to the address and <br />individual set forth below.
