The parcels are on the East side of 29th Street approximately 210 feet North of <br /> Walls Street. It is zoned.R and contains two houses and two garages. The owner is in the process <br /> of operating a child care facility. A special variances is requested to operate said child care facility <br /> without the owner/operator residing at said facility. Therefore to rectify this situation and meet the <br /> zoning ordinance, we ask the Board to grant a variance from the owner/operator residing at said <br /> child care facility to not residing at said child care facility. <br /> The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, comfort, Community <br /> moral standards, convenience or general welfare of the community.
