As Kerry Wallace <br /> mentioned part of the use for some of this global, this international communications is with the dark fiber <br /> optic network that we have here in St. Joseph County. And that's.the St. Joe Valley Metronet. This <br /> particular organization is looking for what we call a point to point connection between two of the Charles <br /> Hayes towers and that would utilize the asset that we have in this community. We believe that's part of the <br /> reason that this organization chose St. Joseph County for location of doing this kind of work because of the <br /> towers that are available and also because of the high speed telecommunications asset that we have with the <br /> Metronet. So we're very excited about helping out this organization and hope that you'll grant the variances <br /> MS. ANNETTE SHULTE: Our address is 3912 Nimtz.Parkway, we're the neighbors to the Hayes and we <br /> appreciate all that they've done letting us use the property so we have no problem with it. <br /> MR. PATRICK DEITRICK: I'm representing Davfir Realty, LLC, we're the neighbors on the opposite of <br /> the property that Hayes owns and I just have a question. We own two plots of property. One is 4 acres <br /> immediately adjacent to the property in question and the second one is the property adjacent to that which <br /> includes a manufacturing building for plastics manufacturing. In that building there is a lot of sophisticated <br /> electronic equipment and I just want assurances that since these towers are different than the tower that's <br /> already in position there and poses no particular problem but these new towers are shorter.
