<br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT 
<br />THE PROPERTY IS BOUNDED AS FOLLOWS.: ON THE WEST SIDE BY THE C/L

<br />HARTMAN & WOODWORTH'S PLAT AND ON THE SOUTH BY SOUTH BEND AVENUE 
<br />(A.K.A. S.R. # 23), AND IS PRESENTLY ZONED "PUD" PLANNED UNIT 
<br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, "SF2" SINGLE FAMILY AND TWO FAMILY DISTRICT, "GB" 
<br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, "MF1" URBAN CORRIDOR MULTIFAMILY DISTRICT

<br />INDIANA, BE AND THE SAME HEREBY IS AMENDED IN ORDER THAT THE ZONING 
<br />CLASSIFICATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF 
<br />SOUTH BEND, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA: 
<br />A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE
