JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA: <br />A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE <br />3 EAST, CITY OF SOUTH BEND, PORTAGE TOWNSHIP, ST.
