Christa Nayder reported the request to rezone four parcels adjacent to the YMCA on <br />Northside and Louise had received a unanimous favorable recommendation. <br />Corey Cressy the owner and developer was present to answer any questions. <br />On a motion by David Varner, seconded by Tom LaFountain, and supported <br />unanimously, the bill was sent to full Council favorably. <br />Bill No. 11 -63 a special exception requested for the same parcels as Bill No. 63 -11 was <br />presented by Mark Lyons as having been reviewed by the BZA and unanimously <br />forwarded favorably to Council. <br />Council Member LaFountain, enthusiastically, offered favorable support. He so <br />motioned followed by a second from Council Member Varner.
