Jefferson Boulevard� from <br /> June 3rd to June 20th inclusive for the purpose of holding gospel meetings. <br /> Permission was grantec� providing he carry liability insurance. <br /> Mr� R, H. Holsten� representing the River Park Association� appear- <br /> ed bePore the Board to ask permission to hold a parade on Saturdaq� May 28t <br /> at 9:3� A. M, from Logan Street to Eddy Street. Permission was granted. <br /> John E. Barclay� representing the Veterans of Foreign 4Jars� appeared <br /> ' before the Board to request permission for all the V. F.
