After a full d3scussion of the matter� it was the <br /> Boasds decision that due to condition of traffic and the safety of people <br /> using the Bridge� permis,sion should not be granted. <br /> Emil De Wispelaere presented his application for retirement from the Police <br /> Department effectine Ju1y l� 19�-9.
