Plow lift, double acting cylinder with down side work port <br />relief set at 500 psi. <br />7. Valve Controls and Enclosure: The valve assembly shall be <br />mounted in weather -tight enclosure. The valve enclosure shall <br />be fabricated of 12-gauge steel. Enclosure shall be designed to <br />not allow humidity to be trapped inside. Valve to be mounted <br />with all ports coming out of the bottom and holes allowing for <br />hose adaptor fitting. Enclosure will allow for bulkhead style <br />cable to enter the front. Valve will be boxed in with cover and <br />not the base. The cover shall be held to the enclosure by four <br />heavy rubber latches. All plumbing shall be external, directly <br />out the bottom of the valve enclosure. <br />Specifications for Mounting Underbody Blade Assemblies <br />It is the intent of these specifications to describe an adjustable (YE NO <br />angled underbody scraper assembly. <br />Note: In bidding this item, please include any cab controls or <br />hydraulic modifications, necessary. <br />Each truck shall be equipped with a root model F-89 or equal <br />underbody truck scraper. <br />Hanger board shall be not less than 10"' x 30 lbs, Structural <br />channel reinforced by IN' x 8" plate and by 4"' S & C 13.8# <br />Channel the entire length of hinge line. <br />Hinge shaft shall be not less than 2" OD high carbon steel. <br />Moldboard shall be 10'long, 1" x 20" heat treated high carbon <br />steel, offset for USS punched blades. Circles shall be constructed <br />of heavy duty Y thick solid steel. One (1) piece design (no <br />casting) with four (4) independent heavy duty mounting legs of <br />4" S & C channel 13.8# per foot. Moldboard shall be cushioned <br />by two (2) heavy duty cushion spring shock absorber assemblies. <br />22 <br />
