South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) Ratification of Lease by and between the <br /> South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> and St. Joe Valley Metronet, Inc. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that a lot of time was spent <br /> last week coordinating the move of two <br /> different retail shops on Michigan Street to <br /> facilitate the lease of 121 S. Michigan to the <br /> St. Joe Valley Metronet. Their contractor was <br /> to start work today and they are expected to <br /> be moved in within the next couple of weeks. <br /> The terms are as explained December 13, <br /> 2011. Mr. Inks signed the lease upon advice <br /> of Council with the intention to bring it back <br /> to the Commission for ratification. <br /> 2 <br />
