Approval of the minutes of the Annual Organizational Meeting of January 17, <br /> 2011 <br /> Upon a motion by Raphael Thomas, seconded by Jose Alvarez, the Authority <br /> approved the Minutes of the Annual Organizational Meeting of January 17, <br /> 2011. <br /> b. Approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting of January 17, 2011. <br /> Upon a motion by Raphael Thomas, seconded by Jose Alvarez, the Authority <br /> approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of January 17, 2011. <br /> 3. NEW BUSINESS <br /> a. Authority approval of the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment <br /> Authority concerning payment of taxes and insurance premiums for Century <br /> Center 2008 Project <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, Seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved <br /> the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning payment <br /> of taxes and insurance premiums for Century Center 2008 Project. <br /> 4.
