The Redevelopment Authority <br /> February 17, 2010 Meeting Minutes <br /> Liability for the Century Center Project. <br /> c. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br /> and Tax Liability—College Football Hall of Fame. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the <br /> certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax <br /> Liability for the College Football Hall of Fame. <br /> d. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br /> and Tax Liability—Eddy Street Commons Project. <br /> Mr. Inks said all of the properties have come before the Authority before except for the <br /> Eddy Street Commons project. The City uses Gibson Insurance for insuring the properties <br /> we own. It is self insured for liability insurance. We are still working with Gibson to <br /> make sure we have the appropriate insurance in place that is called for in the bond. We <br /> are also working with bond counsel to make sure we have the right insurance, which <br /> should be done in the next two weeks. We will be sending the actual insurance policy to <br /> the trustee. You can approve the certification of insurance for Eddy Street Commons <br /> subject to the final insurance being put in place by Gibson Insurance. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the <br /> Certification of Insurance for the Eddy Street Commons project subject to receiving the <br /> proof of insurance in the next two to three weeks. <br /> e. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br /> and Tax Liability—Morris Performing Arts Project. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the <br /> certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax <br /> Liability for the Morris Performing Arts Project. <br /> 4. NEXT MEETING DATE: March 3, 2010 <br /> 5.
