CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING OCTOBER 16, 2018 317 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:01 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />October 16, 2018, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik, with Board Members Therese Dorau and <br />Suzanna Fritzberg present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member James Mueller were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Dorau stated <br />the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,525,44334 <br />10/16/2018 <br />St. Joseph County Housing Consortium <br />$50,625 <br />10/11/2018 <br />St. Joseph County Housing Consortium <br />$4,450 <br />10/11/2018 <br />Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved <br />as submitted.
