21 Wednesday October 1st.,1919. Continued,- In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that theproperty assessed in said roll filed August 27th.,1919. is benefitted in the amount of assessment as shown on said roll and the Board further f inct that the assessment .mall filed August 27th.,1919 and the final estimate allowed August 27th.«,1919 should be ' snd the same is hereby in all things, ratified, c onf ironed and approved, as modified. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb and walk on St. Vincent Street - from Niles Avenue to East line of 'H"rter Heights Addition., under Improvement Resolution No. 663. -In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the abovo matter City.
