<br />17th., day of June 1919 with the City of South Bend, Indiana, for ,the construction

<br />Indiana did on the day of 1919 ad t a res o ition for the Vacaten

<br />We hereby consent to said vacatio proceedings and hereby waive any
<br />and all objections to the vacation of all except our teen (14) feet of the first
<br />alley Brest of Lafayette Boulevard extending from efferson Boulevard to Wayne Street
<br />in the City of'South Bend, Indiana, The purpose of said resolution being to retain
<br />a fourteen (14') foot alley running port and South as above described and to vacate
<br />the two and one half (2j) feet on the westerly side thereof.
<br />And Whereas, we, the undersigned, are the only persons ©wing property
<br />on said stre is and allyyrs and that we are alone itfected in any way by said vacation
<br />and that we are the sole owners of the separate parcels of land bordering upon sold
<br />streets or alloy. Therefore, for the purpose of saving time and expense, we the underp
