The -:money received for the payment of above lights each month is to be reported to the City Controller and to be deposited by him to the credit of the 't,Strietf Lighting Fund from which these lgiths will be paid according to the City contract. The party of the second part hereby agrees to pay for the above mentions lights until such time as the City of South Bend, through 'its Board of Public Works takes over such lights. ° It is further agr t.ed that in the event the H. A. Wood Realty Company (a corporation) its heirs or assigns should at anytime fail to pay said compen- sation at said stated time the City of South Bend through its Board of Public Works shall order these lg iths d iscont inued. ° It is further agreed that in the event the party of the see Md. part request the installation zzd of addt ional lights in: said add it ion , thy. Board of - Public Works shall have the option of installing of said lightsand an additional price shill be paid for each light Installed under the terms of this contract. The sureties on the same shall to held responsibll for the perform- ance of this contract after it has been accepted by the second party, but such sureties shall be held responsible for the fait�hfull compliance with all other conditions, stipulations and requirements covered by or set out in this contract.
