173 Board met In regular seso ion at 7:15 P.M. All members present., Representatives of. the Blackstone Theatre Corporation appeared before the Board and requested permission to close 100 ft. of the 1st., alley north of Bayne Street off of hnichiga,n Street for a period of forty five days. The Board .granted permission to the Blackstone Theatre Corporation to close said alley for a neried of forty five days, and instructed the representative of sal_d company to place the necessary lights and barricades to be placed r nd the police and fire department to be no t if ied of the same. Chas. B. Starr City Flec tr is ian met with the Board in regard to the purchasing ofo autemob ile- to -made inspeet ions' -with. The Board inforT- ed Mr. Starr that the automobile was to be purchased the as per previous agreement. The Hoard instructed the Clerk to notify the Building COMM13s i®ner that the present tickets were to be used and no new tickets purchased. _ Bearmy had en assessment roll and final estimate for eater connections on Olive Street from T:incoln Way ?Fast to Sample ;treat, under Improvement ;.-- In the City of. The Board therefore find that the pro erty asseaned in said roll filed august 25th.,1919 is benef itted in the amounts. of assessments as shown on said assessment roll and 'Uhe Board further find that the assessment roll filed August 20-th. ,1919 and. the f i.nal es t imate allowed August 26th. ,1919 should ba and the same are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
