Councilmember Karen White seconded the motion <br /> which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> Council President Tim Scott publicly recognized the attendance of Boy Scout Troop#173 of South <br /> Bend. <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> BILL NO. <br /> 19-18 A RESOLUTION BY THE SOUTH BEND <br /> COMMON COUNCIL RECOGNIZING <br /> OCTOBER 2018 AS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE <br /> AWARENESS MONTH IN THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> Councilmember Oliver Davis, 1801 Nash Street, South Bend, IN, served as a presenter for this <br /> bill.
