REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 9, 2012 10 <br />APPROVAL OF PROCESSION <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following procession was <br />approved subject to the participants walking on the sidewalks and obeying all traffic laws. He noted this should be changed to an acknowledgement of the event. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the following traffic control <br />device was approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicapped Accessible Parking Space Sign <br />LOCATION: 206 East Bartlett Street <br />REMARKS: Doctor's Office Requests Signs for Patients Requiring <br />Handicapped Parking; Currently Residential Permit Only <br />Parking — All criteria has been met <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the following traffic revision was <br />approved: <br />REVISION: Residential Parking Monday through Saturday 6:00 a.m. to <br />9:00 P.M. <br />LOCATION: 900 -1100 Blocks of Bellevue Street; 1601 -1622 Hildreth <br />Street; 900 -1100 Blocks Esther Street <br />REMARKS: Request from River Park West Neighbors Neighborhood to <br />make the above Residential Parking Areas Uniform — All <br />Criteria has been met <br />APPROVE IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT EXTENSION: <br />Mr. Tony Molnar, Division of Engineering, submitted the following irrevocable Letter of Credit to <br />the Board and recommended approval of the extension to December 1, 2012: <br />IRREVOCABLE STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT NO.: 254473164$ <br />ISSUED BY: Mutual Bank <br />FOR: LLE Real Estate, LLP — Southfield Lake, Phase I <br />AMOUNT: $57,610 <br />EXPIRES: December 1, 2012 <br />IMPROVEMENT: Storm Sewer System, Retention Basin Improvements, Water <br />System, Sanitary Sewer System, Concrete Work, Road <br />Improvements, and Miscellaneous Site Improvements for <br />Southfield Lake, Phase I <br />Mr. Inks made a motion that the extension of the Letter of Credit, as outlined above, be approved. <br />Mr. Gilot seconded the motion, which carried. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the Certificate of Insurance <br />for the following business was accepted for filing: <br />Wissco Irrigation, Inc. and Springwise Services, Inc. — South Bend, Indiana <br />
