Five percent (5 %) Bid Bond was submitted li 0 Base Bid $1,264,225.00 Contingent 1 $750.00 Contingent 2 $10,000.00 Ms. Greene noted the bid submitted by Insituform included a letter stating they were not submitting a bid for Line Item No. 7. The letter stated they were informed by the City that not providing a bid on this item will not make their bid non - responsive. Mr. Gilot stated the bid specifications would need to be reviewed to confirm that this was a divisible bid. He noted if not, this bid would be found non - responsive. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above bids were referred to Engineering and the Sewer Department for review and recommendation.
