147 e G.' � Hearing had on resolution for pave-marzt on ffwm Avenue from North line of Ewing Avenue to bhe South Cite Limits, under Improvement Resolution No. 714. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. 11 poii sa id hear ing no remonstrators appeared and no .written remonstrance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be. assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same-, as re orted by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final *•ction on said resolution as modified. Said resolution modified to ddaludv combination curb and gut twrm and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and- t Aop r ov ed Resolved further, that notices be published on the 23th. day of August &j4d9 and on the 4th., day of September 1919 in the South Bend Daily Tribune* stating that this Bo.:rd will. receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 16t ., day of September-J919. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all b ids . Mr. Guy Staples -appeared before thy* Board in rega!,d to the pavement im-,-)rovement on Emerick Street, _and wanted to file objections to same. The Board informed ,1fir . Staples that this resolution was confirmed, but that they would make trip of -,-investigation to look over the property he mentioned would-be assessed.
